We rented there for a year and they are awesome! They respond very quick to any problem. I would highly recommend renting from them.
I've been renting from this company for over a year now, and they have been nothing but amazing. I absolutely love the house I moved into and there were many other great properties of theirs that I considered before choosing this one. If there have ever been any issues, such as a leaky roof or a clogged sink, they have sent a repair man out that day to remedy the situation, which is such a relief! Excellent place to work with! Never had any problems!
Rented here a few years ago, and the property manager told us that we could paint the kitchen. We did, and then he went back on his word and didn't give us back our deposit because he said we could not prove that he said we could paint. This property management is abrasive and extremely rude. They are unwilling to keep up with the maintenance of the property that you are renting. AVOID THIS PROPERTY MANAGEMENT SERVICE! They will insult you and rip you off. If I could give this place zero starts, I would.
Trashy, trashy, trashy. Looked at several available units and they were all run down and overpriced. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
