Armando Aguilar did not respond timely to me or to my attorney, but he repeatedly threatened legal action if I didn't respond to his requests in a prompt and timely matter (which he made virtually impossible to do). He and his client hired a company to replace the shared sewer line in spite of our repeated requests to look at other, similarly priced companies with better online reviews.
