My mom and I went to go get permanent bracelets together and were shocked by the additional cost of the chain on top of the booking fee. It is not made clear on their website that there is that additional cost anywhere.

Bohindi is the loveliest oasis for a small event. We hosted a bridal shower at their private bead bar and the staff were beyond gracious. They made the evening relaxing, elegant and so much fun. Cannot recommend highly enough!

Updated review-my permanent bracelet fell off after a few months, prompting me to leave my initial review. After seeing my review, the owner reached out to me directly and was very kind. She replaced my bracelet herself and I plan to go back to have another connector added on at a later date. It turned into a very positive experience!

Beware of the permanent jewelry. I had a permanent bracelet put on in January in memory of the baby girl I miscarried. It broke and fell off not even 4 months later. I didnt feel it fall off, so it could be anywhere. I went back to the store to see if they could replace it, and was told there was nothing they could do and I’d have to buy a new one. I was so impressed how Bohindi handled my gift exchange today. After receiving some gifts I needed to make an adjustment Faith went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and helped resolve my ask! You don’t find this type of kindness with customer service very often. Bohindi gets all the praise. Great place to relax and browse for gifts or self. Enjoy the moment!
