I was shocked how tasty and authentic the pho was here! It was the first pho restaurant I've eaten at in Denver where I'd actually order the pho! I normally order the thit nuong dish which did not disappoint! I wish the egg roll was a little bigger which was disappointing but everything else was so well executed I wouldn't change a thing. The atmosphere was fast casual and it was clean so I wouldn't hesitate to come back next time I'm in Denver!
Bo Heo Pho Kitchen & Coffee has quickly become one of my favorite Vietnamese spots. Everything I've tried has been fresh, flavorful, and consistently well made. The standout for me is the rice plate. If you order it, do yourself a favor and mix the green sauce with a little chili oil it adds the perfect balance of heat and flavor and takes the whole dish to another level. OMG, this was so good! I love pho, so I’m always trying new places, and this one is definitely in my top three. The broth was incredibly flavorful, and I really appreciated that the chicken had flavor of its own instead of just tasting like it had been boiled in the broth.
