Woke up to our AC not working. Called around 7am, it was not an automated person. It was Martin's direct line. I told him the issue, he was out here at 915am. He got here and went straight to work, no small talk. He was finished after about 75 mins with my AC up and running. He explained everything to me and even showed me how to fix it if it happens again. Martin from Bohen HVAC is the friendliest, most honest, and respectful technician there is in Arizona! He answered all our questions during our annual cleaning/checkup, he was not pushy at all, and gave us helpful tips and future recommendations to avoid service calls.
