I recently went in for a gloss and a haircut—nothing major, just a simple refresh. The stylist who worked on my hair was very kind, but the entire appointment felt extremely rushed and disorganized. She mentioned she wasn’t very familiar with how to do the gloss service and had to be talked through the process by the owner.
