Horrible service. Broke off my back windshield wiper and told me it was broken before I got my car wash. Refused to show me the footage. Manager was nasty and spoke down to me. Plenty of other car washes to go to.

I’ve been coming here for a long time. But it has changed and is a dump. Vets Hwy. is gonna get my business. Pay $40. and it’s still dirty
They did a really crappy job on my car. My windshield is all streaky, there’s still pollen and dirt in spots. They barely vacuumed out the inside and there was absolutely nothing in the car to have to work around. Definitely wouldn’t return or recommend. The workers were nice though.
Management needs to learn how to talk to their customers. I was opened to negotiating and resolving a very small incident and was highly disappointed by the way I was threatened and talked over. If you go here just get an easy outside car wash and pray nothing happens to you.
Was highly disappointed in my car wash yesterday! When I got home I still had to windex the windows in my car—they still had “nose art” on them from one ride my dogs took in the car. It was like they didn’t even clean the inside of my windows. The dash board was still dusty and the wax that was put on left splash marks all over the running board. I spent TWO HOURS waiting for my simple oil change and wash! When I realized my car hadn’t moved 20 minutes into my wait, I asked the mechanic how long it would be until I’m finished and he said 20-30 minutes so I sucked it up and sat down to wait. AN HOUR AND A HALF later I got out of there.... and get this: WITH A FLAT TIRE! It sure wasn’t flat when I went in there but I noticed something felt off when I drove away. I was very optimistic after reading the reviews on Groupon. However, here is my experience (hopefully you won't have it). I drive away and notice the passenger side window was never even touched. Okay, not going to complain. Then I noticed they left smudges all over the dashboard and it was STILL dusty. Then, the console wasn't wiped clean, the doors weren't touched, bumpers were still dirty and the dump that a lovely bird took on my car was now WAXED in. So, I'm going to give this a pass.
