She has excellent customer service and very attentive-she was able to meet with me and discuss what i was looking for in a hairstyle and did everything i asked for to deliver an excellent hairstyle she takes her time and does a great job.

Awesome stylist, and overall good person. Always positive vibes. I found her a few years ago on craigslist and she did my girls hair for Easter last minute. She was amazing, all about healthy hair. She grew my daughter's hair from shoulder length, to bra strap. Her appointments are always on time and she greets you with a smile. She takes her business serious and truly cares about her clients. It's always a good experience with Bose'!

She seemed nice but showing up almost 30 minutes late to an appointment is very unprofessional, no apology was given, and now Groupon is refusing to offer any type of refund. I ended up late for work due to the appointment starting 30 minutes late. Very disappointing experience.
