Was extremely pleased with the level of service and dedication I received in today's world where nobody gives good service anymore and expects 20% tip... I was coming from 3 hours away and coordinated everything remote till day of pickup and everything was set up and ready to go for me, they did not even try to sell me a warranty. Highly recommend Bogue RV!!
I'm posting this from the new RV we bought from Susan, at Bogue. Don't think car salesman when you think of this experience. Susan will become your friend right away, she'll tell you the ins and outs of RV life in one of the bogue models. She's absolutely genuine. I'm so glad we met. Seriously, everyone involved with introducing us to the RV was excellently trained. If they didn't have an answer, they'd go get one. We love the new RV and we are fans of Bogue RV 70.
We bought our 2025 Grand Imagine from Matt in sales. After looking around Eastern NC, Matt and Tyler (owner) were able to give us the best deal for the RV that we wanted! Right here at home! If you want a great deal on an RV, and good customer service, right up to the walk through with Chris when you pick up your RV, from the service Department, the day you arrive to bring it home! I bought my travel trailer from this location in July and I have had an absolute amazing experience with the service team especially the service manager and a few others there I had several thing go wrong to b that was no fault of there’s just things happen sometimes but they always took care of of it all!
