I ordered an air conditioner from these guys online and upon ordering this product I said it had to be in Oklahoma by Tuesday of the following week, I was assured that was no problem. I contacted Bogue RV in regards to my AC unit going out. They took action and guided me along. They ordered a new unit on a Monday afternoon and it was installed by Thursday afternoon.
