Don't call the office if you are in need of something from them. I called three days ago asking for a simple email and was lied to the first time (never received it). Called back the next day only to get the "we are mailing it out to everyone" line and asked again for an email but still haven't received it. I didn't call to ask about you mailing it out, I needed it emailed. I didn't ask you to move a mountain, I asked for an email.
