AVOID. Had a deal in motion with a specific sales agent. Management ran my credit without my permission and even commented, "you have good credit". I specifically told them not to. I believe they wanted to see if I was a worthwhile prospect. The sales guy and I were going back and forth on the deal. A few hours later, I was informed the vehicle sold. This place needs to be sued , big warning to everyone buying a pre owned vehicle. They’re not certified how they explain it to be, all they do is a oil change and put the car for sale. I purchased a pre owned range rover and right away not even 500 miles put in it the car turned off radiator leaked battery only had 8% life and brake pads all chipped lights turned off . Watch out people this place is a scam and hopefully any people out there with same issue come forward hopefully take this to another level.
These people gave me info ran a credit check and then sold the truck that I had already chosen. Very dissatisfied and disappointed. They had the audacity to tell me that I can get back with them if I see something else I like. Recommend going to another dealership they had called , texted me to the point of begging me to buy and then they sell truck to someone else Thanks alot Mr Roy Garcia..Waist of my time.
