Customer service and Communication from the service team sucks. You ask questions and they look at you like your asking for a sacrifice....You have to call for updates yourself otherwise nobody will call you. They put you on hold for ever then answer and hang up. What is the service supervisors name?! This is unacceptable.
They take months probably never to reach out to you about the damage part that came originally from there side I'm very disappointed in them. First and Last time I Buy a cheap 2026 Ford Maverick XLT or any Ford with them. They don't help and just hide. Response: No they haven't since June 29 2026. I bought it in February and found the passenger fog light like Walle poping out around May "500 Miles in the dash board"after driving in the Highway at 65 mph. Previously it was only droven in towns at 45 mph max.
Mobile vehicle service for ford recall. They showed up right on time. No issues. Very convenient service.
disapointed they lied to me at this Sames mcallen location, they said it was a soft inquiry from Sames, turns out its hard on credit, on report for 2 years. The lender hard inquiry is fine. My excellent credit was affected.
