disapointed they lied to me at this Sames mcallen location, they said it was a soft inquiry from Sames, turns out its hard on credit, on report for 2 years. The lender hard inquiry is fine. My excellent credit was affected.
Came early (before they opened) to get vehicle checked and worked on, one they opened and told them what the vehicle was doing, they said they are 3 months behind in work for transmission, because they only have one guy. Not sure how that's acceptable,or what's worse being that far behind or only having one guy. It's ridiculous and makes me worry about future service I may need
Dropped off a truck to get an alignment and my rear view camera working again, after a week I was told a FORD truck was too long for their alignment machine. And after they inspected my rear view camera whoever worked on it never reconnected the handle latch, so I couldn't open my tailgate and discovered it wasn't connected properly after inspecting it myself.
