Boggs is the only place I go when I need an oil change. Every time I go the staff is kind and professional. I've never felt pushed to buy something not needed, yet they always keep me updated on the status of different potential issues with my vehicle, and they warn me with plenty of time to get things taken care of. I appreciate how quickly they are able to get me in and out, and if there will be a wait I'm always told ahead of time.
I had a coupon for a free oil change, thanks for participating in the fundraiser coupon program. I sent my wife to get the service and wanted them to take a look at a rattle in the front end while changing the oil. Boggs did a quick look over of the vehicle and found my 7 month old battery had only 10 volts and recommended it be changed. Thank God I have the most advanced Honda car EVER made because it starts, no problem with a 10 volt battery. Amazing!!!
