The technician was early for his appointmented time. This worked for us. I had two hornets nest on my Deer stand. He was able to destroy one then destroy the second one. I would highly recommend Boggs Pest Control for any of my needs that require a professional technician to do when scheduling the appointment just after had to reschedule due to weather, they were very acceptable in the change.
