Had Boggs come peform an oil change on my f150. They damaged my oil pan in the process and have been unwillingly to work with me on the issue. I have an extended warranty and the warranty company refused to repair the damage oil pan because they said Boggs was responsible for the damage. They were the last to service my vehicle and successfully completed the oil change and from what I am told they stripped threads and damaged the oil pan by over tightening it.
