Not the best in terms of service for prescriptions. They don’t seem to ever receive doctors faxes (because they don’t check both systems they have in place) thus having to wait a long time or Boggios not knowing what is going on. Then have to go back to doctors office for them to call Boggios… Need to have better plans in place for offices sending in prescriptions or train staff to look at both receiving systems. Pretty common occurrence with many patients.
Kinda lost that family feel.I've changed my rating because of mistakes made. Boggios has been my pharmacy since it opened and Larry was my pharmacist before that. To set in my ways to leave.
Friendly staff very helpful.
