I visited this pharmacy just before Christmas for the first and last time. The woman I spoke to with the reddish ponytail was nothing but condescending and rude. What a terrible experience.
I have been going to Boggio for the past year, and I can think of only one time I have been treated respectfully. I have big time social anxiety, as well as a learning disability- I find it very difficult to get to get my thoughts across. When I tried to explain something to the assistant about a concern, she said "you are not making sense, you are confusing YOURSELF." I felt so disrespected, and, well, just sad and deflated.
