I would strongly caution anyone considering this builder for a custom home project. The experience started out very well. Communication was excellent during the early stages of construction, and we felt confident that our project was in good hands. Unfortunately, communication steadily declined after each draw payment was made. By the time final payment was submitted, communication had essentially stopped altogether.
