Not only was I quoted a specific range of hours that maxed out for Mr. Robert Bogen’s total services, I was billed almost double what should have been paid for the services rendered and that was well before the case was to be completed. To make matters worse, I was blamed by Mr. Bogen for his losing and his being outclassed by opposing counsel at our first and only hearing and called sour grapes when I received his invoice.
