Process was not as difficult as I thought it would be. Not the same procedure I thought I’d have either. I felt educated, heard, and advocated for. I especially want to give a shout out to Francisco who stepped it up to ensure my needs were met as I needed them met not on anyone else’s time but mine. I felt valued as a human for the first time in a really long time. Thanks Dr. “Bo” and Francisco and office staff for making this experience bring back some faith in the medical industry.
Dr. Bo is fantastic. He's a "as a matter of fact" kind of Doctor. Tells it to you straight! With your options. Then honors your decision, addressing your situation with professionalism and a sincere confidant approach to the healing. I would definitely recommend Dr. BO to family and friends.
