Zach had an amazing experience personally designing my engagement ring! They were quick, efficient and sent him consistent updates. Sales person Edwina he raved about! Zach said she was so sweet and thought of every detail for my special ring. Thank you for providing him with such a great experience! Our engagement was during a photoshoot in bottle cove overlooking the beautiful view. I was surprised and overjoyed when Zach got down on one knee and surprised me with my dream ring. We couldn't be happier🤍
I am from Ontario and I purchased a beautiful diamond ring for my wife from Bogart’s a few years ago and I wanted an upgrade….their contact service department was exemplary and extremely helpful, the price was excellent and the workmanship on the finish product was amazing. Excellent in store service!! Sadly was given the wrong chain with the sets I ordered. And one of the sets are tarnished. Very disappointing to say the least. You can see in the picture the difference in color with each set and it's the wrong chains that were sent with the pendant. Not what was advertised.
I am not satisfied with their service in fixing my bracelet. So, I don't recommend using their service to repair your valuable jewelry.
