I visited Bogarts today for a watch repair and to have some jewelry cleaned - the cleaning was great and not expensive. The lovely woman repaired the pin in my watch for free and noted that there was an issue with the strap that they couldn’t fix but she recommended someone else who was an expert and could do the repair! Any store that is willing to refer you somewhere else when they can’t do it gets 5 stars for customer service! I will definitely be back!

Update: The lady that’s helped us over the years name is Edwina! Over the last couple of years we have bought 4-5 pieces of jewelry from this location including an engagement ring and wedding bands. The same lady has helped us each time and she is lovely! She remembered us and is so helpful. Always a pleasure to come in here knowing we’ll be taken care of.
