I had a very disappointing experience. My husband bought me a gold chain less than a month ago, and it broke very easily while I was simply tying my hair. This clearly shows the poor quality of the product. When I returned to the store with my receipt, which stated that I could either get a refund or exchange the item, I asked to either exchange the chain for a different model (as I no longer trusted the quality of this one) or to receive a refund. What a beautiful Christmas morning surprise!! We had just opened our presents with our 2 year old, Gracelyn. We sat down and had a beautiful family moment when JJ got down on one knee and asked me to be his wife! We've been together for 12 years 🥰🤍
