When you are buying,customer service is great,but have an issue,and it's the complete opposite. I bought a gold chain for my granddaughter, it broke. Replaced it with an upgrade,at my expense. Guess what it broke. Very cheap gold. And the excuses I received, and the rudeness and disrespect, and not allowed to talk to head office. In the end,I was given a gift card. We had a very bad experience at specifically this location in avalon and specifically with CSR NAMED “JOEY” or whatever it was. She was very rude wouldn’t let us talk to manager and not even head office. My girlfriend gave me a bracelet on valentines day which was scratched from the lock but cause they had a blue sticker on it, the scratches were not visible and she bought it. i opened the bracelet and saw the scratches and took it back to them.
