When you are buying,customer service is great,but have an issue,and it's the complete opposite. I bought a gold chain for my granddaughter, it broke. Replaced it with an upgrade,at my expense. Guess what it broke. Very cheap gold. And the excuses I received, and the rudeness and disrespect, and not allowed to talk to head office. In the end,I was given a gift card. Here’s our story: Anthony purposed two days before we left for our first trip together in Mexico. I walked out of our room to the kitchen ready to start supper before we finished packing our bags to leave the next day when I turn the corner and he was on one knee asking me to marry him!!
