We had a very bad experience at specifically this location in avalon and specifically with CSR NAMED “JOEY” or whatever it was. She was very rude wouldn’t let us talk to manager and not even head office. My girlfriend gave me a bracelet on valentines day which was scratched from the lock but cause they had a blue sticker on it, the scratches were not visible and she bought it. i opened the bracelet and saw the scratches and took it back to them. Brought my watch in for a simple battery replacement, as they are an official Tissot dealer you think they would be able to do a simple battery replacement. Not only did they try charging me $40 for a battery, make me me wait for 45 minutes, they completely ruined the internal seal and could not put the watch back together. **In response to Bogarts: Thank you for your reply, however we should set the record straight here.
