getting my haircut here was such a therapeutic experience in so many ways. Ella and Sara gave me a beautiful cut, but my customer expereince was the real standout. In the past experiences with salons, ive had haircuts that was slightly not as i envisioned, but don't usually say anything after. Nice family owned salon that I find quick, convenient, and cost effective.
Went in for a trim (medium--long wavy/curly men's hair), and Lisa nailed it. Let me know her plan ahead of time, friendly throughout, and I felt that she actually listened to what I wanted done at the start. This will be the only place I get my hair cut from now on, and I'm picky.
