Zach was very knowledgeable and honest. He immediately pinpointed that the issue was with my carrier, T Mobile. My issue was seemingly a locked eSIM/IMEI number on a replacement phone. He discovered that my original phone just needed an eSIM refresh from the carrier. This was after literally hours on the phone with both T Mobile and Verizon (theory replacement phone had been carrier locked by VZ) and after visiting their stores. Unlike Zach, the local retail stores were completely useless.
I had dropped my phone and broke the screen. He was very quick on getting a new screen for me. And installing it in no time at all would highly recommend him.
Zack was supper helpful fix my problem quickly on short notice and was reasonably priced I would highly recommend him
