Purchased their system in 2015, it has worked great for 50,000 miles of RV travel. Tech support is top notch, I highly recommend their product and service.
Bogart. The Best of the best Customer service. I'm on my 3rd Bogart set. Every time I change RVs, I equip my new one with a Bogart kit. This is what it does best... After sale service... AAA+.
They are great. I've put TM2030 monitor and SC2030 solar charge controller in several vehicles and they perform perfectly- 4 years of full time use and counting. Customer/technical support is OUTSTANDING. EMAIL response usually same day.
I have 2 systems from Tri Metric and they are outstanding products. I have been using one since 2016 and the second from 2020. Both the TM2030 and the SC2030 have been accurate and reliable. I had one occasion when there was a problem with my system and the support people helped me walk my way to the root cause which, by the way, was not in any way associated with the Tri Metric equipment. I highly recommend Bogart Engineering's products.
My Trimetric gave faithful readings and guidance for at least 10 years but it stopped. Having very little knowledge and experience in the electrical/electronic realm, I ordered the updated version with $25 credit and updated. Very prompt service I'm a mystifying field.
