I too am very disappointed with the service I received. Thanksgiving day (11/25/2015)I went to the shop and was charged $260.00 to have my hair braided. I was told that the reason the cost was so high and not the normal $150 - 200 was because my hair was short (which I pointed out initially). Before the second week of December the braids were falling out from the back of my head. I'm extremely disappointed with the service I received on 12/20/14. My hair is incomplete and I regret having wasted my whole day at this salon. My hair is a disaster. The workmanship of the style that I asked for his very crappy!!! I will never ever go back to this salon because it was clearly a waste if time and money.
