Im a customer for years bofi are the best to deal with, very helpful and never a issue answering questions and helping with parts, i ordered a fuel pump 3 days ago as i was badly stuck for it this weekend, and the pump came from uk to ireland in 3 days, thanks lads keep up the good work 🤝
Bofi sold a defective Grams throttle body then told me that under their policy they don’t have to refund or exchange once the item has been fitted and also said uk consumer law doesn’t apply to them. So I’ve setup a tribunal through the uk small claims court. Highly frustrating I used to be a loyal customer but this is incredibly disappointing. Can’t fault BOFI, great customer service when I called, good prices and quick delivery!!! Definitely be ordering parts from here when I need to
Shortly after placing my order, my MX5 was totaled. As a result, I had to cancel my order. Communication was smooth, and the staff were friendly and helpful with the return shipment. A great company that I'd happily do business with again in the future.
