I do not recommend this company. When I called them, they came but did not even try to pull out my car, but they took money for it.
Do not trust Roger Boff. My parents made Roger Boff their go-to guy for years, upon the recommendation of a trusted neighbor. Imagine my surprise when he reached out to me - a 30-year-old female - on the pretense of transferring a title...only to give me the absolute run around, choosing not to call when he said he would or commit to a time and date to meet to transfer the title. Very friendly and professional staff. Highly recommend!
Had another company planned to get my car which they failed to do or let me know. The next day they were running almost 2 hours late. Called Boff and they had a guy with a flatbed ready to go in 15 minutes- AND was cheaper than the other company. Tow truck driver was very polite and friendly and had the car hooked up in just a couple minutes. Very pleased with every aspect of the situation and will continue to use them in the future!
