Great up front sales. Good product. Rude set up staff. Zero post sale assistance. No response to emails or phone messages after sale. Marco was a no show for followup meeting to see damages. Waiting on promised damge-replacement parts for over 2 years!
Marco, You might be extremely knowledgeable, but without customer service your business feels incomplete. Responsiveness is an important part of the experience. I have made multiple attempts to reach you by phone and even visited your store last week, but unfortunately, I haven’t received a call back. I would appreciate it if you could make little effort to return calls/texts and respond in a timely manner. Respecting a customer’s time goes a long way in building lasting relationships.
We had the pleasure of working with Marco Fontaine. He was knowledgeable and friendly. We love our wall bed. It's beautiful. We needed a lateral opening was as we have a tiny space. He made some good suggestions in terms of design and color and we are so happy with it. Their BOFF mattress is phenomenal. It very comfortable mattress. We are so happy from start to finish with this project and it was great knowing we were supporting a CANADIAN company.
A great experience and highly recommend this company for quality and installation. I will be referring family and friends.
1) We are very pleased with the BOFF Murphy bed that the installers placed in the bedroom on Thursday. We are pleased with all aspects of this new unit within our house. 2) Initially it was quite overwhelming by its size, but as we are re-establishing that bedroom, it will be perfect for our needs. 3) This entire process has been informative, helpful and pleasing as we now have this new Murphy bed! Thanks Marco for facilitating this positive experience.
