If I could give zero stars, I would. Specifically, Josephine at this office is absolutely horrible. No bedside manner whatsoever, will not take your complaint seriously, will talk to you as if you are stupid, and will refuse to get any imaging. I finally had enough and left the practice. I could not be more disappointed with the care I received here. Please save yourself the trauma and go somewhere else.
The Boev Clinic in Canandaigua office provided exceptional service to me. They were friendly and professional. Dr. Josephine McAlpin was very thorough and took the time to explain everything. My pain level was a 10, when I walked in there 6 weeks ago. Diagnosis: Spinal Stenosis she recommended physical therapy, no travel or work! It was hard not seeing my grandsons for Christmas, but with the doctors recommendations my pain level today is now a 1. Her care cordinator Ashlyn ,was very helpful and friendly too. I was In a bad head-on collision 5 yrs ago and had a branch block on disc T5-T8 and c5-c6 spinal fusion done by Dr.Boev and his team, and was referred by him because 1st dr told me there wasn't any more they could do other then steroid injections even while in extreme pain. I couldnt look up for nearly 2 years and on first day of meeting Dr. Boev he knew actually what i was telling him and sent in for surgery I can't express how grateful I was to have a great Dr in a time of need.
