Great bedside manners. Dr Boester was very patient with my son who is special needs. Thank you for providing excellent care and support.
After reading the two negative reviews I had to leave a review about my experiences with this physician. I've been treated on multiple occasions by Dr. Boester, and I've had the opportunity of getting to know Dr. Boester over a 2 year period, not only in his professional life but his personal life as well. Took my baby to be tested for RSV and 1) he forgot to even check his lungs - I had to remind him 2) he checked for ear infection, he said no infection, but after the visit I took my baby to the pediatrician and she confirmed he has an ear infection!!!! 3) he was very impolite, was rude and was just hanging out in a chair talking to other nurses instead of seeing what I needed to return back home. 4) he said he would call me to tell me if baby tested positive and he never called back! Met him at the ER at Houston Methodist Sugar Land. After giving the antibiotics, my husband had an allergic reaction. This Dr. immediately stated that it was sepsis and the infection had spread to the blood. He did not bother to look at my husband's charts or his history with CVID. Looking at the charts would have given him a clearer picture of what the medical history was!
