We recently had our R-Pod in for some work. Awesome, quality workmanship, at a great company staffed by a team who really know their stuff. I called about a part and the counter gal said they had it. Told her it may be one or two days before I can get there. She said no problem and she would hold it for me. I got there two days latter and sure enough she had it. Enjoyable personality and had a great conversation.
If you're near Dawson Creek, BC, and your RV has a problem, bring it to Boe's. They repaired my malfunctioning furnace today while I waited. Boe's staff is friendly as well as efficient. They started with what would have been the least expensive part to replace. When that didn't work, they had to go to the most expensive part (circuit board).
