Twice they failed to show up for an appointment to estimate (in Park Slope). Their “office” (of Hispanic ladies) was always certain to call to confirm (once, 4 times in one day) but “Alex the Painter” simply does not regard those commitments as anything he needs to honor. He seems to think he can show up 3 hours early or 3 hours late and the potential customer just sits around all day waiting for him.
