Fast response on a Saturday. Fixed a leak that was not the easiest to get to. I am happy with the two men that came out, but since it's a company u never quite know who u will get. I had good luck.
Contracted for Boerne Plumbing install a water softener. We made calls to see why we were not seeing a difference of water quality in our master bathroom. He made setting adjustments to no avail. Turns out, only half the house was hooked up He refuses to complete the installation. I’ll need to find someone else to finish the job. Brian will need to pay for completion or I will need to file a claim in court. So far he doesn’t want to communicate with me. Excellent service, timely response
I am a long time Boerne resident. obviously during this winter storm, many people needed help. I called Boerne plumbing and Brian called me back immediately. he was honest with me about how long it would take to get here. he had to dig out of the snow and ice and got his truck stuck in a ditch but kept me informed the entire way. I had multiple problems with my well, pump, and pipes. Brian diagnosed the issues, and fixed the problem. I was lucky to have him and Boerne Plumbing working for me. hope this helps.
