I absolutely love Boerne Medspa! The team is so welcoming and truly cares about their clients. When I asked for a natural alternative to fillers, Eva delivered with a PRP treatment series—and the results have been incredible. My skin looks refreshed, and I honestly feel like I’m aging in reverse! My daughter loves her facials, and Eva even prepped me with custom IV treatments before and after a major surgery, which helped me sooo much! Such a hidden gem in Boerne—I highly recommend!

I was struggling severely with acne. I had never had acne even in my teenage years. I went to the dermatologist and they basically wanted me to start popping random pills to “help my acne” without doing any testing.
