Took my fiancés engagement ring to be resized and cleaned. Was charged $165 and the ring was still too large and one of the diamonds was pushed out. We did not notice that the diamond was pushed out until we got home and the next day realized the diamond had fallen out. Took it back to be resized, and he claimed the diamond was not his fault, though the ring has been in my fiancés possession for over 5 years and never had any issues UNTIL we brought it here. I have used Jose over the last few years for many things . Including complete watch repair, watch batteries, cleanings etc . My most recent visit brought me to have my engagement ring resized. He turned it around in 48 hours and I am very grateful.

Brought my ring in to be resized quality was good and customer service, it was pricey that was their only flaw overall would recommend.
