Mom and daughter team. Rose is the best at grooming poodles but is inconsistent and moody. The salon is filthy, although I have not detected an odor. Rose does indicate her dissatisfaction with tips she considers insufficient, even when I always paid cash for the services. Both Rose and the daughter handle the pups roughly and it makes one wonder what goes on when pet owners are not around. These Ladies are the best. A Boerne treasure for pet owners.
The ladies who work here are exceptional with your furry babies. The prices are amazing. I have 2 chihuahuas and I take them here for bathing, anal gland expression and nail trims. I trust them completely. Highly recommend.
Would NOT recommend. My baby came out with her left eye irritated and red, she was tearing for about 10 minutes. Her ear hair was burned from how hot they put the hair dryer in her. She came out almost dehydrated. When we dropped her off they put her in a nasty cage and the bed looked like it had been through mud and worse, the woman who left her there literally SHOVED her into the cage. Would NEVER recommend.
