I have known Daren Lowman for over 20 years, and I have referred many of my friends, as well as my family members. I personally have sought his counsel and experienced his compassionate, caring and calm demeanor to be very healing. His wisdom over the years helped me get over some hurdles that were too challenging to overcome alone. If you are experiencing anxiety, depression or relationship issues, then look no further. I cannot endorse Daren highly enough.

So I have been seeing Daren Lowman (MFT, CSAT, LCDC) for a couple of years now. The techniques that he uses are varied and Christian-based. He utilizes cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) which focuses on changing mindsets that you have, along with emotional regulation. He is compassionate and understanding, never judging you or suggesting something that would hurt you. I highly recommend his services for anyone wanting to improve themselves!
