My first review! I just had to write about Austin at Boerne Cart Depot because he was extremely helpful and educated me about the batteries on a golf cart I didn't purchased from him. He was for helpful and took the time to make sure I understood his tutorial. I will definitely be going back and highly recommend Boerne Cart Depot.

Austin and his team were incredible! They go the extra mile they do not gouge you on pricing, good old fashion customer service at its finest

Miscommunication all the way through the process! I took our cart in to be fixed in April. No one called me for months and I called several times each time told they were waiting for a new part! Then, I find out the part they put on was rebuilt. The steering was going so I asked if they could find a used part and again no call forever! I finally call and an all new technician said they could not find the part and he could take the rebuilt one out and not charge me since this had been a mess, but I would have a non running ca... read more
