It is always a pleasure dealing with technician Daniel who is an expert in his field and able to assist so readily! Absolutely fantastic company to deal with , Even though I only had limited info of the machine model and spare parts I needed ,Daniel who I got to speak to went above and beyond to find and make sure I got the right part for the machine I needed. Great example of the excellent customer service and knowledge of their products.

Typical Australian company, couldn't give a stuff about customer service. Lazy, sound like they don't care, ask you to send the details of the part you need several times over. Absolutely no sense of urgency. Completely unaware that we may be keen to get our machines up and running asap. This company will fail in the next few years, and I'll bet they'll blame external factors. I'm not your mate, I'm not some bloke calling for a chat over a beer, I'm a damned customer. Geddit? Customer bloody service! Move your lazy arse!
