Kind and helpful is how I would describe the staff. First time I ever left a jeweler’s store and felt like I underpaid.
The selection was great, the women who helped us was super interactive and fun to talk to and she was super helpful!
I purchased $200.00 in pearls (8 pearls) for an add a pearls necklace. When I picked up the necklace after the pearls were added they told me I owed $20.00 more for adding the pearls on. NEVER was this mentioned before hand. This service should of been part of buying the pearls like it is at other jewelry stores. Will not return!!
