Poor management
Always Very clean facility. Employees take pride in their facilities, their departments are very caring our crew was very close. My daughters put out the word to my department that since my stroke, I would need to move, employees from across the plant came to help. Couldn’t ask for a better working community! It’s been almost eight years my department lifts my spirits all the time, they are planning a birthday party here at my Care Center. Now how many can say they would remain so caring after all this time?
Clean like Bayer in Shawnee, KS. Germans do a good job.
