Specialties: Handcrafted confections and European charm since 1942! Established in 1942. Julius Boehm began Boehm's Candies in 1942 in Seattle. In 1956, enticed by the beautiful Issaquah scenery, he built the Edelweiss Chalet in the heart of Issaquah. Today, we offer over 100 confections, produced by master candy makers. Everything from American favorites such as caramels, English toffee and peanut brittle, to European specialties like Mozart Kugeln, marzipan, and Cordial Cherries are made to the highest standards.

Wonderful place with great selection of sweets
There is not a Boehm's store in Yakima anymore. We went to the Issaquah location to pick up our favorite dark chocolate vanilla buttercreams. Unfortunately, when we were back in Yakima , we had dark chocolate lemon creams. They are good but not our favorite. Next time, we will check before we leave the store.
