The project manager assisted me in determining how to clean up my basement and test for mold. His team was usually on time and did an excellent job. He was able to direct me to other expert companies that were outside of scope and were also very pleasant to work with. He was correct in his advise about which projects I should undertake first in order to avoid moisture in the basement. This company comes highly recommended by me.

I'm writing on behalf of my grandmother, who is 80 years old. A shut off valve under her kitchen sink had failed. She called at 7:00 a.m. They dispatched a staff straight away, and they were all very professional and courteous. They extracted all of the water and rescued her hardwood floors. In terms of professionalism and knowledge, the specialists that came to my property to deal with water damage left me quite satisfied.
