I had to replace my steering rack. I installed the rack, but it had to be programmed and there was a bad connector that they found.They replaced the connector. I’m glad they were able to solve my problem. I just wish automaker’s would’ve never put electric steering racks in any automobile. They can go out on you at any time,which is a danger to yourself, and others.And they’re very expensive to fix.

Started off with dropping my wrecked f250 to have it looked at. Brian Belair and I started talking and I was treated like a long lost friend. Everyone treated my wife and I like family. I absolutely feel at home @ Boeckman Ford Larry Gambrell also treated us both like his best friends. Also won a yeti ice chest. Awesome Dealership
