I had no problems with BOE at all. They worked with me through the whole process and worked with the insurance company so I did not hate deal with them.

Took our Winnabego Micro Mini in for a/c not working and an intermittent tong jack problem to the Stevensville, Maryland location, got an email from Rich in service department about a week and a half and he said a/c would need to be replaced, we have an extended warranty so Rich made the calls and worked out the details, bottom line, it was covered and all I had to pay was the deductible.
