Very professional and most importantly they were available. I needed work done on my coffee truck and these folks came though. Up front and accurate quote for my insurance, weekend dropoff, finished the work in just a couple hours. There is no reason to use anyone else for RV work.

I opened the conversation with BOE sales by telling them I wanted to be able to create a route on the new MFD and have the autopilot follow that route. I was assured the quoted solution would do that. I asked the same question when the tech came aboard to do the install and was told it would do that. When that function did not work, I called about the problem and they sent the tech back to assess. Personal Locator Beacon | Battery Replacement. First of all, huge thanks to "Kathryn France" who took care of this flawless, smooth process. Context: Every year, l ski or hike in remote areas where there is no mobile reception. l rely on my PLB and Garmin in case of an emergency. One day l may find myself in need to reach a SAR team, and then l really need my PLB to be fully operational. I ordered a hole bunch of electronics from BOE Marine and Kathryn went above and beyond to help me though what to pick and made sure everything was completed at the end the job. This is my 2nd boat dealing with BOE marine and will def deal with them again.

Called just to see if they had a part in stock. Talked to the owner and he told me that they had it in stock. Said great ,I'll come pick it up. Showed up 40 minutes later and told the lady my name and she had the parts waiting for me. Didn't ask them to pull it or set it off to the side for me,but it was there waiting for me with my name which they got off the caller ID. Hard to find that kind of customer service these days. Was my first time there will definitely be giving them my business.
