I have always struggled to be consistent with health and fitness my whole life! Now that I have found BodyZone Fitness, I am becoming a whole new me! I look forward to attending Zumba and Zumba Fitness 2-3 times per week. The positive energy and welcoming smiles along with the energetic workouts will keep you wanting more. Highly recommend this fitness center!!
Zumba on Wednesdays is so much fun. The instructor is helpful and wants us to push ourselves.
I highly recommend BodyZone Fitness! Caring, compassionate, qualified fitness instructors make working out so much fun! A modern facility recently remodeled, including new modern equipment. A wide variety of conditioning classes are offered to meet the needs of all users and the staff welcomes everyone, regardless of their previous experience. It's like a big family.
