I tried BodyZen referred to me for tendinitis incurred from playing a musical instrument incorrectly. The owner was professional, knowledgeable, and proficient. I could tell the difference in the reduction of pain just from that initial visit. I highly recommend.
Same story as a lot of other client reviews here, and really wish I paid more attention to these 1 star reviews since it doesn't seem the 5 star ones are legitimate. Prepaid for services, last minute cancellations from him, and now can't get a refund for sessions that he chose to cancel. To top it off, then receiving harassing and threatening texts from him because of me asking for my money back for services not rendered. UPDATE 2: Received some threatening texts today for this honest review, I've attached the screenshots of that conversation so everyone knows what they might get to look forward to if they engage in business with Derek. I saw Derek for a problem with my groin/hamstring, which I had pulled 2 weeks prior and tried everything to try to resolve. The muscle had healed but was very tight. After a few sessions with Derek, the groin completely relaxed and I was able to play soccer, do crossfit, and run, without any issues. I've had many massages related to sports over the years, Derek is undoudtedly top class. Thank you!
