Pretty decent gym for its buck. It misses a few machines here and there (normal fly and rear delt machine, lateral raises), but you could replace them with cables either way. Pretty good gym.

I’ve been at Bodyworx for just over a year and was my first real gym after decades of Pilates and Yoga. After hitting 50, I knew it was time to strength train. This was the first gym I trialed and I’ve just signed up for another year. The gym has a non pretentious, old skool vibe and everyone is really friendly and just regular people. Great place to train. Matt is just a perfect gentleman, he has a wealth of knowledge and is very passionate about footy S&C. As a former athlete myself and now a Rehab-Myotherapist, I recognise a skilled S&C coach. Wish I had meet someone like Matt in my training days.
